Within our lab we have formed a partnership with Byte dental laboratory, a fully digital laboratory. This partnership has allowed us to offer a fully digital workflow with the added benefit of highly skilled technicians who are leaders in the digital field, while still having total control over the design and quality our clinicians have come to expect from us at Precision Dental Studio.

The range of materials, processes and design options available through a digital workflow have expanded the scope for dental appliances over the past couple of decades. In recent years the accessibility of these options has become more mainstream. As clinicians it is important that you have the support of a laboratory who has a wealth of experience with these options and techniques, this is where we can be invaluable. Digitally we can produce pretty much everything from a printed study model to a full mouth rehabilitation on implants. Our state-of-the-art milling and 3D printing equipment allows us to produce a vast majority of our work in-house and we work in partnership with the very best high quality providers for complex components which need specific machinery to insure the quality and precision we demand.
Intraoral Scanners
We can accept digital files from all scanners and have extensive experience in the design and manipulation of 3D data. We have inboxes for your direct communication with all leading intra oral scanners including Trios, Itero, Dentsply Sirona and Carestream among others.
